About the role

Eclosia Shared Services Center is looking for a motivated Accounts Receivable & Bank Reconciliation Team Lead to drive financial process excellence. You will lead a high‑performing team, ensure accurate transaction processing, and work closely with cross‑functional partners to enhance efficiency and support the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate the Bank Reconciliation and Accounts Receivable teams.
• Oversee accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement process‑streamlining strategies aligned with strategic objectives.
• Work with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and meet financial goals according to internal SLAs.
• Ensure financial processes support exceptional customer success.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or ACCA qualification.
• Proven experience in bank reconciliation and accounts receivable roles.
• Strong leadership abilities to inspire and guide a team.
• Proficiency with financial software and tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Track record of fostering collaboration and a customer‑first mindset.
