Application Specialist – Reporting

About the role

Join Dayforce’s Reporting team to provide top‑notch support for Dayforce Reporting & Analytics features. You will work with global clients, gain exposure to diverse legislations and technologies, and develop deep technical expertise through training and mentoring.

Key responsibilities

• Provide rapid response and resolution to incidents using technical and functional knowledge.
• Deliver customized solutions according to schedules, procedures and standards.
• Program and script tasks as required and collaborate across departments.
• Document actions, investigations and solutions in the CRM system.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and contribute to the support knowledge base.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in an IT‑related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in software development, testing, implementation or support.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficient in SQL and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of XML and XSLT.
• Understanding of PowerBi and DAX coding (advantage).
• Programming experience (any language) is a plus.
