Assistant Project Manager

About the role

Constance Hospitality Management Ltd is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support hotel renovations and new developments across its luxury portfolio. Reporting to the Area Development Manager, you will work closely with the Project Manager and multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects meet brand standards, budgets, and schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate renovation and new‑build projects, liaising with architects, interior designers, contractors and suppliers.
• Draft and maintain Operational Briefs covering all hotel departments (rooms, F&B, SPA, HR, IT, etc.).
• Lead multidisciplinary drawing coordination and attend design, site and mock‑up meetings.
• Monitor design deliverables, review shop drawings, technical submittals and FF&E specifications.
• Prepare cost estimates for OSE items, assist in tender processes and purchase order preparation.
• Conduct site inspections, quality control reviews and manage snagging lists until closure.
• Maintain document control, drawing registers and an online FF&E/OSE library.
• Advise on sustainable design and green‑building opportunities (EDGE).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in design coordination, technical delivery or project coordination within hospitality, luxury residential or property development.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
