About the role

As an Associate in Cost of Sales Operations, you will lead investigations into predicted scheme fees, ensuring accurate analysis and timely delivery of insights that drive business decisions within a fast‑moving fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end execution of complex, high‑priority investigations of predicted scheme fees.
• Serve as the primary subject‑matter expert in working groups, aligning stakeholders on requirements, root‑cause analysis, and improvement recommendations.
• Communicate realistic expectations and progress updates to internal partners.
• Create and maintain impactful reporting metrics, dashboards, and SOPs to support managerial decision‑making.
• Provide data‑backed recommendations to leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Track regulatory shifts and emerging trends in global payments to anticipate future business needs.
• Mentor team members and promote a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
