Associate – Fund Operations

About the role

The Associate acts as the primary liaison with fund administrators, legal counsel, banks, auditors, and other service providers to ensure seamless fund setup, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day fund operations with the administrator, including NAV calculations, investor reporting and compliance deliverables.
• Review and validate NAV reports for accuracy, timeliness and proper dissemination.
• Monitor, record and reconcile all fund transactions such as subscriptions, redemptions, dividends, expenses and fees.
• Coordinate with internal teams and the fund administrator to resolve discrepancies and ensure regulatory and internal control compliance.
• Manage the setup of new funds, liaising with legal counsel, banks and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
• Respond to internal and external queries on operations, fund structuring and documentation, escalating issues as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in fund operations, fund administration or alternative investment structures.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and professional communication skills.

• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Strong documentation and process management skills.
