Business Development Recruiter – EMEA/APAC/North America

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Recruiter to drive our expansion across EMEA, APAC and North America. Based in our Ebene office, you will combine recruitment expertise with deep fintech and innovative technology knowledge to secure high-value partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fintech and innovative technology sectors across target regions.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, affiliates and clients, negotiating contracts and closing deals.
• Design and execute a market-specific business development strategy, particularly for North America.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes and emerging opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and trade shows to generate leads.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and legal teams to ensure successful deal execution.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of business development or sales experience within recruitment, fintech or innovative technology.
• Proven track record of securing partnerships and exceeding revenue targets in EMEA, APAC or North America.
• Strong understanding of fintech, payments, blockchain, AI and related regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication abilities.
• Self-starter capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and events.
