Commercial Finance Manager

About the role

Druids Golf is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to take full ownership of pricing and margin management for its product portfolio. Based on-site in Grand Baie, the role reports directly to the Head of Finance and serves as the single authority for discount approval and pricing strategy across all markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and monitor monthly product margins for all SKUs, packs and bundles.
• Set, activate and deactivate discount codes without reliance on the marketing team.
• Approve or reject discount requests submitted by marketing.
• Track margin targets by country and flag any under‑performance immediately.
• Analyse e‑commerce sales data to uncover margin uplift opportunities on top‑selling items.
• Collaborate with marketing to authorise pricing for campaigns and promotions.
• Produce regular margin performance reports for senior finance leadership.

Required profile

• Experience in pricing, commercial finance or revenue management.
• Strong commercial mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working across multiple markets and currencies.
• Based in or able to commute to Grand Baie, Mauritius.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets for margin calculations.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce analytics tools such as GA4 and Shopify.
• Experience with pricing tools or BI dashboards (nice to have).
