Corporate Solutions Analyst

About the role

The Analyst – Corporate Solutions will support Apex Group’s fund administration and middle‑office services in Mauritius. You will ensure accurate record‑keeping, statutory compliance and high‑quality client deliverables while developing a deep understanding of each client’s needs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain proper records in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Organise directors/shareholders meetings, prepare board papers and verify minutes.
• Prepare accounts, tax computations and liaise with auditors.
• Ensure client deliverables are accurate and of high quality.
• Handle certification, notarisation, apostillation and consularisation of documents.
• Manage bank account activities, including openings and transfers.
• Prepare and file statutory accounts, annual returns, tax returns (PAYE, TDS, VAT, Indian tax) within deadlines.
• Address tax queries from authorities and clients.
• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) in line with AML regulations.
• Coordinate team members to meet daily operational targets.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in a global business or audit environment.
• Degree holder or progressing towards ACA/ACCA qualification.
• Strong client‑service mindset with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Organised, goal‑oriented team player who learns quickly.
