Customer Success Manager – German Market

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager for the German market, you will act as a trusted partner to our clients, guiding them through the entire lifecycle of our language‑learning solutions. You will combine relationship management, project coordination and data‑driven insights to ensure clients achieve their learning objectives and stay engaged with goFLUENT.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with German‑speaking clients, understanding their challenges and goals.
• Lead onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth implementation of training programs.
• Monitor usage data, prepare business reviews and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Collect client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve products and services.
• Share best practices and support change‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Bilingual or native‑level German (written and spoken).
• Strong professional English for collaboration with international teams.
• Passion for client relationships and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, organizational and analytical abilities.
• Team player with a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Analytical skills for working with usage data.
• Experience in e‑learning, EdTech or SaaS (preferred).
