About the role
The Customer Verification Administrator supports Rank Interactive’s Safer Gambling and Player Protection strategy by gathering and publishing open‑source intelligence (OSINT) on customers. The role creates comprehensive background reports that enable risk analysts to assess gambling safety, affordability and anti‑money‑laundering concerns.
Key responsibilities
- Research and publish detailed OSINT data and third‑party reports for the Customer Verification team.
- Provide timely, accurate, and thorough information to support risk assessments.
- Assist team leads and analysts on safer gambling, affordability and AML matters.
- Analyse individual customer backgrounds using OSINT and third‑party platforms.
- Identify customers with potential problem‑gambling, affordability or money‑laundering risks.
- Liaise with team leads, analysts and cross‑functional stakeholders on high‑risk cases.
- Collaborate with digital, retail and high‑value customer (HVC) teams as needed.
- Review and process reinstatement requests promptly and accurately.
- Escalate identified risks and ensure timely application of barrings.
Required profile
- Experience conducting OSINT research and producing detailed reports.
- Understanding of Safer Gambling, affordability and anti‑money‑laundering risk factors.
- Ability to work collaboratively with analysts, team leads and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
