Data Conversion Consultant – Night Shift

About the role

The Data Conversion Consultant will support Dayforce HCM implementations by migrating client HR and payroll data into the Dayforce platform. Working on night‑shift hours, you will act as the primary data‑conversion point of contact for implementation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with implementation consultants to understand client system configurations and provide product information during projects.
• Extract, analyze, map, and transform legacy employee data according to Dayforce import specifications using Ceridian‑developed tools.
• Validate transformed data for accuracy and compliance with mapping requirements.
• Prioritize and communicate data‑conversion tool functionality and enhancements.
• Respond to internal and customer inquiries with detailed product and service knowledge.
• Support pre‑sales activities by reviewing client system setups and sharing insights with the sales team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Dayforce or other HCM products.
• Familiarity with HPL, Insync, Payflex, Powerpay, or Core Systems is preferred.
• Strong collaboration, written and verbal communication, and time‑management abilities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on root‑cause identification.

Required skills

• Understanding of relational databases.
• Proficiency in SQL (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (preferred).
