Data Solutions Analyst – Document & Data Management

About the role

We are looking for a Data Solutions Analyst to join our Data Solutions Team. You will support the investment fund industry by collecting, processing and validating documents and data that feed regulatory reporting such as Annual Statements, Fund Tax Reporting, AIFMD, KIID, PRIIPS, ESG and more.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in digital projects and help shape the Target Operating Model (TOM).
• Understand and improve end‑to‑end process flows for document and data collection.
• Operate RPA robots or dedicated tools to gather documents and data on a daily basis.
• Collaborate with internal reporting teams and external clients to ensure data quality.
• Review matching and scrubbing results, detect anomalies and perform ad‑hoc corrections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics.
• 0‑6 months of professional experience.
• Familiarity with UCITS, AIFMD, PRIIPS or ESG regulations is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and pragmatic approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and VBA.
• SQL query writing.
• PowerBI for data visualisation.
• Experience with RPA tools.
