eLearning Learning Management Expert

About the role

As an eLearning Learning Management Expert you will join Allianz Services' Learning Services team, supporting digital and classroom training across multiple locations. You will ensure smooth operation of learning platforms, deliver high‑quality learning content and provide first‑line technical support to internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain learning systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors Learning) end‑to‑end.
• Manage learning content, activities and user data across platforms.
• Create and analyse reports, learner surveys and communication materials.
• Design automated flows using Power Automate.
• Provide first‑level technical support for digital and classroom sessions.
• Coordinate classroom training logistics and attend client workshops.
• Support purchasing, billing, charge and accrual processes.
• Assist with cross‑team tasks such as contract management and translation.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of LMS and e‑learning systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
• Interest or experience with automation tools like Power Automate.
• Awareness of AI‑driven solutions and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Experience organising and administering training programmes.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive, critical‑thinking mindset.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
