Executive Fund Accounting

About the role

The Executive will join the Fund Accounting team to deliver accurate, timely, and high‑quality accounting outputs for a diverse portfolio of investment funds, working closely with senior managers and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end accounting for assigned fund portfolio, including bookkeeping, periodic and annual accounts, and financial‑statement reconciliations.
• Prepare daily NAVs, tax computations, regulatory filings, and audit deliverables while acting as primary client contact.
• Review work of junior team members, verify financial‑statement accuracy, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Support audit and regulatory processes by preparing statements, responding to queries, and completing required surveys.
• Maintain planning information, coordinate signatures/approvals, and handle ad‑hoc accounting tasks.

Required profile

• Relevant accounting qualification (degree in Accounting/Finance or ACCA/ACA Level 2 or higher).
• Hands‑on experience in fund administration or a global business environment.
• Solid corporate accounting background with strong numerical and reconciliation skills.
• Familiarity with IFRS and related regulatory requirements.

Required skills

• Microgen (or similar fund accounting system).
• IFRS reporting.
