Finance & Treasury Officer

About the role

The Finance & Treasury Officer will support Alliance Media’s treasury function, manage banking relationships and ensure compliance for offshore structures while providing executive assistance to the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Manage treasury activities including bank balances, foreign‑exchange positions, fixed deposits and weekly cash reporting.
• Maintain banking relationships, oversee account administration, KYC processes, onboarding and ongoing liaison.
• Handle compliance documentation, statutory submissions and trustee coordination for offshore company structures.
• Provide executive support to the CEO covering payments, expense coordination, supplier management and document tracking.
• Assist with basic investment monitoring and reporting.

Required profile

• Mid‑tier professional with 3–5 years of experience in finance, treasury or banking operations.
• Experience with management companies and/or international/offshore banking is essential.
• Organised, discreet and able to work at pace with senior stakeholders.
• Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• Based in Mauritius or willing to relocate.
