Hindi Quality Assurance Lead (Remote)

About the role

This remote, hourly contractor position focuses on leading quality assurance for Hindi AI training projects. You will ensure that AI‑generated Hindi content meets high standards of accuracy, fluency, cultural relevance, and adherence to detailed rubrics.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated Hindi content and trainer/QA work against project guidelines.
• Provide precise written feedback in English and maintain style guides, FAQs, and documentation.
• Identify recurring quality issues, communicate updates to trainers and QAs, and support onboarding of new contributors.
• Monitor contributor activity, activate inconsistent workers, and maintain trackers and dashboards.
• Collaborate with remote teams using Discord, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and project‑management tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi, Linguistics, Translation, Communications, Journalism, English, Education, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Native or near‑native Hindi proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
• Excellent English proficiency for following guidelines and providing feedback.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Hindi writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, or related workflows.
• Strong grasp of Hindi grammar, Devanagari script, cultural context, and ability to evaluate content against detailed rubrics.
• Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, or QAs is strongly preferred.
