HR Generalist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our People & Culture team. The role is fully remote and will support the complete employee lifecycle for a distributed, international workforce, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle, from pre‑onboarding and day‑one readiness through off‑boarding and exit conversations.
• Coordinate payroll, compliance and employee records across multiple jurisdictions (Italy, Spain, Germany, etc.) together with senior colleagues.
• Maintain accurate people data in HiBob, Teamtailor and Asana, ensuring a single source of truth.
• Identify manual HR processes and propose AI‑driven automations to improve speed, accuracy and employee experience.
• Support drafting and review of employment contracts, working with labour‑law consultants to ensure compliance.
• Run engagement initiatives such as surveys, stay interviews and pulse checks, and translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Assist with salary grid reviews, promotion cycles and, when needed, dismissal processes.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on day‑to‑day HR questions and help strengthen internal relationships.

Required profile

• Experience working across several countries and understanding of different labour‑market nuances.
• Comfort using AI tools as a core part of daily work.
• Strong operational execution combined with a genuine HR business‑partner mindset.
• Ability to collaborate with senior leaders and external legal advisors.
