About the role

Attitude Hotels is seeking a proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support our hotel operations. You will work closely with the General Manager and department heads to align HR practices with business goals while fostering a people‑first culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies and labour laws.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives, promote trust and teamwork.
  • Oversee recruitment, performance appraisal, payroll processing and budgeting.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters with fairness and empathy.
  • Provide timely HR reports to head office and maintain transparent communication.

Required profile

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • 3‑4 years of post‑qualification HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, labour legislation and HR policies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate across all levels.
  • People‑first mindset with high integrity and solution‑oriented attitude.
