About the role
Join Club Med Resorts as a Kitchen Assistant and help create memorable dining experiences for guests in a premium all‑inclusive environment. You will work in a dynamic resort setting, supporting buffet service and ensuring every plate meets the brand’s high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes according to Club Med’s quality standards.
- Check the setup, appearance and replenishment of buffets serving 600‑1000 covers per service.
- Provide personalized plating‑up service at the buffet, enhancing guest interaction.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in the upkeep of kitchen equipment and resort assets.
Required profile
- Creative and passionate about innovative, flavourful cuisine.
- Meticulous with a strong focus on hygiene and safety.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑faceted resort environment.
- Enthusiastic about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Required skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Experience with buffet service and plating techniques.
