Manager - Fund Accounting

About the role

Ocorian is seeking an experienced Manager to lead its Fund Accounting services for private equity and real‑estate clients. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality accounting, reporting and client support across a portfolio of entities while ensuring compliance with internal processes and external regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end fund accounting delivery for assigned client portfolio, including directorship management where required.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day accounting activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
• Manage internal and external sub‑contractors, monitoring performance and service quality.
• Act as the first escalation point for client issues, driving resolution and maintaining strong relationships.
• Lead a team of fund accounting professionals, fostering engagement, performance culture and work‑life balance.
• Maintain documentation of systems, integrations and custom development specifications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fund accounting, preferably within private equity or real‑estate environments.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, processes, procedures and controls.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and resolve complex issues.
• Leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance management.
