Key responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks with minimal supervision from senior chefs.
• Ensure all ingredients are prepared and ready for use, helping keep kitchen workflows smooth.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain RIU's high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your workstation and kitchen areas.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a professional kitchen.
• Basic culinary training preferred.
• A strong passion for cooking and a commitment to continuous learning.
