PMO – Business Development & Strategy Support

About the role

The PMO Business Development & Strategy Support role will assist Allianz in driving growth across key market segments. You will work closely with sales, product, and partner teams to develop pitch materials, manage tender processes, and support the implementation of awarded deals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and tender documents aligned with partner requests.
• Support solution design and implementation for awarded contracts.
• Develop segment strategies and value propositions based on market research.
• Conduct in‑depth research on target segments, potential partners, and competitive landscape.
• Consolidate and validate segment‑level KPIs such as pipeline, SGW/GWP, and conversion rates.
• Perform Salesforce data hygiene, including deduplication, account‑to‑segment mapping, and completeness checks.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
