About the role
JPH Charters is seeking a guest‑oriented Sales Representative to promote its services within luxury hotels on the West Coast of Mauritius. You will act as the primary point of contact for hotel partners, helping to generate bookings and deliver memorable experiences for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach luxury hotel partners to present charter services.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular communication.
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals and presentations.
- Track sales performance, report on targets, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for guests.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and French.
- 1–2 years of sales or hospitality experience (internships considered).
- Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
- Proactive, team‑oriented mindset.
- Additional language proficiency is a plus.
