Senior Accountant - Global Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Global Operations team. The role provides support to Directors, Managers and Administrators while ensuring accurate accounting records and complex financial statements are produced in line with the relevant frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of an allocated portfolio of clients and post final bookkeeping entries for complex accounts.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management accounts and VAT returns for both simple and complex clients.
• Liaise with clients to meet service expectations and deliver timely output.
• Review bank, investment and other reconciliations performed by junior team members.
• Coach and review the work of Accountant(s), Assistant Accountant(s) and Junior Accountant(s).
• Support the Client Accounting Solutions Management team on policies and processes.
• Assist with ad‑hoc projects and prepare annual financial statements according to appropriate accounting standards.

Required profile

• Experience in senior‑level accounting and financial statement preparation.
• Ability to review and coach junior accounting staff.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet prescribed deadlines.
