Senior Associate – Assurance Valuation Unit

About the role

As a Senior Associate in the Assurance Valuation Unit, you will support valuation teams by assessing the reasonableness of valuations and financial models for financial reporting and assurance engagements, both locally and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Perform valuation analysis and assist in drafting valuation reports for financial reporting requirements.
• Research companies, understand sector dynamics, and evaluate financial and commercial risks.
• Conduct forecast analysis and develop financial models to support accurate valuations.
• Report findings internally and externally, and contribute to meetings.
• Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct.

Required profile

• University degree, working towards ACA, ACCA, CFA, or a Masters in Finance.
• At least 1 year of experience in assurance valuation reviews or 2 years in transactions, financial advisory, or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple commitments, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for overseas assignments as needed.
