Services Consultant Associate

About the role

Dayforce is seeking a bilingual Services Consultant to help customers implement and optimise its cloud‑based HCM platform. In this hands‑on consulting role you will work directly with clients to understand their workforce management needs, translate them into Dayforce configurations and guide them through testing and deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery and consulting sessions to capture detailed business requirements.
• Design and configure Dayforce Workforce Management solutions that align with client needs.
• Conduct testing, validation and support activities throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops, communicate recommendations, risks and next steps clearly to customers.
• Manage deliverables across multiple projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent customer‑facing communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with project teams.
• Proactive ownership of commitments and project outcomes.

Required skills

• Dayforce Workforce Management (WFM) configuration.
• Experience with SaaS or cloud‑based business software.
• Familiarity with HR technology integrations.
