Analyst - Corporate Solutions

About the role

The Analyst – Corporate Solutions will support Apex Group’s corporate services team in Mauritius, ensuring accurate record‑keeping, statutory filings and high‑quality client deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain proper records in line with internal and legal requirements.
• Convene directors/shareholders meetings, prepare board papers and verify minutes.
• Prepare accounts, tax computations and liaise with auditors.
• Ensure final client deliverables are 100% correct in quality and accuracy.
• Handle certification, notarisation, apostillation and consularisation of documents.
• Open and maintain bank accounts, initiate transfers and coordinate with banks.
• Deliver statutory accounts with all applicable disclosures.
• Prepare and file annual returns, APS returns, PAYE, TDS, VAT and Indian tax returns within statutory deadlines.
• Address tax queries from authorities, clients and regulators.
• Effect statutory filings with FSC, ROC and other bodies.
• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) per AML code and keep CDD lists updated.
• Coordinate the work of team members effectively.

Required profile

• Degree holder or substantial progress in ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in the global business sector or an audit firm.
• Client‑service mindset with strong written and spoken communication.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; goal‑oriented team player.
