Associate Executive, Centralised Billing

About the role

IQ-EQ, a global investor services group serving investment managers, asset owners and businesses with administration, compliance, governance, data and reporting, is looking for an Associate to join its Centralised Billing team in an entry-level position. You will support the day-to-day billing operations of the department, helping prepare and issue client invoices accurately and on time, keeping billing records and handling related administrative work.

Key responsibilities

• Process recurring and ad hoc invoices within agreed timelines, making sure billing information, supporting documents and approvals are accurate and complete before issuance
• Liaise with stakeholders to obtain outstanding information, resolve billing queries, follow up on pending matters and prepare WIP checklists for billing in arrears
• Maintain accurate billing trackers, credit note registers and statement of account reports
• Support monthly, quarterly and year-end billing cycles in line with procedures, service-level agreements and internal controls
• Collaborate with team members and take on additional billing-related tasks as assigned

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or part-qualification with a recognised professional body such as ACCA or ICSA
• At least one year of experience in a similar role
• Fluent English and French, with strong written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of the financial services sector and its operational environment

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Ability to handle administrative, reporting and data tasks
