FP&A Analyst – Finance Planning & Analysis

About the role

We are seeking a proactive FP&A Analyst to join the Group Finance team of Customs Support Group in Mauritius. Reporting to the FP&A Manager in Rotterdam, you will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries to drive financial performance and support the company’s strategic transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
• Develop long‑term financial models for strategic decision‑making.
• Conduct scenario analyses, risk assessments and variance analysis with actionable recommendations.
• Analyse financial reports, cost structures and key business drivers to provide data‑driven insights.
• Monitor financial KPIs, identify improvement opportunities and drive margin‑enhancing initiatives.
• Participate in cost‑reduction, EBITDA improvement and procurement optimisation projects.

Required profile

• 3‑6+ years of experience in finance, consulting or business intelligence within a multinational environment.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English with strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Highly analytical, results‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multicultural setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems.
• Experience using business intelligence tools, particularly Power BI.
• Ability to build and maintain financial models and perform data analysis.
