Head of Commercial

About the role

Grays Inc. is seeking a Head of Commercial to steer the commercial growth of a diverse portfolio that includes alcohol, rum, non‑alcoholic beverages, e‑commerce, luxury cosmetics, and more. You will define and execute commercial strategies, drive sales performance, and build strong partnerships across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Set commercial objectives and strategies aligned with company goals.
• Measure and monitor sales and gross profit performance per business unit and globally.
• Establish pricing policies, margins, and ensure profitability.
• Manage sales and marketing spend according to strategic plans.
• Identify, manage, and monitor commercial risks.
• Lead strategic development, market analysis, and new business line creation.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage key account relationships.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operational coordination of the commercial department.
• Recruit, train, evaluate, and motivate the commercial team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior commercial or sales leadership roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market trends.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans across multiple product categories.
• Leadership experience managing cross‑functional teams.
