About the role
Lead the waiting staff at One&Only Le Saint Géran, delivering warm, efficient service and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise, train and monitor waitstaff performance, ensuring tables are set correctly and service is prompt.
- Assist with table setting during busy periods and mentor new recruits.
- Handle guest inquiries, recommend menu items, and resolve any service issues politely.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and overall restaurant presentation.
- Manage inventories, report shortages, and coordinate equipment maintenance.
- Present bills, process payments, and communicate special dietary requests to the kitchen.
Required profile
- High school certificate or equivalent with at least 2 years of restaurant managerial experience as a Head Waiter or Chef de Rang.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong managerial abilities and experience working in a multicultural environment.
