Investor Services Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an Investor Services Administrator to join Ocorian’s fund services team. The role supports a diverse portfolio of clients by managing investor onboarding, maintaining shareholder records, and processing distributions and capital activities. You will work closely with onboarding, accounting, and compliance teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CDD investor onboarding team to ensure proper onboarding of investors.
• Enter and maintain investor data in Efront and Paxus systems.
• Maintain shareholder registers and investor files.
• Operate monthly and quarterly distribution processes for a growing portfolio.
• Prepare client deliverables according to agreed calendars and quality standards.
• Liaise with accounting teams for capital calls, distributions, and related processes.
• Collect and verify FATCA/CRS classification information and coordinate with the FATCA team.
• Process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches, ensuring appropriate transaction monitoring.
• Produce investor statements and manage distribution communications.
• Stay up‑to‑date with reporting deadlines and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of investor services processes and fund structures.
• Attention to detail and ability to work within established policies and procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client deadlines.
• Effective communication with internal teams and external investors.
