Parts Product Officer

About the role

The Parts Product Officer provides essential back‑office support to the Parts Product Manager, helping to develop parts sales for the Cummins brand across BIA’s territories. The role combines data analysis, market research, commercial assistance and coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, organise and analyse market data, maintain records of parts pricing, stock levels and supplier agreements.
• Support the Parts Product Manager with sales forecasts, reports, commercial proposals, CSP and pricing strategies.
• Manage documentation for supplier agreements, product catalogs and technical specifications, including creating specifications via Quick Serve Online.
• Process and track sales by part numbers, propose discount strategies and assist in quarterly reporting.
• Assist in organising OEM meetings, preparing performance and market trend reports, and monitoring contractual compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in parts management or product support.
• Fluency in English and French.
