Personal Assistant to Hotel Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Personal Assistant to support the Hotel Manager at Veranda Pointe Aux Biches. The role combines executive administration, event coordination and guest‑experience duties in a dynamic resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and secretarial support, manage the manager’s calendar, correspondence and confidential communications.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes and follow up on action items; compile KPI and Guest Satisfaction reports.
• Maintain office records, filing systems and requisition processes; update duty rosters and support hotel events.
• Plan and execute weddings and special events, liaising with clients, operational teams and suppliers, and preparing function sheets.
• Promote and upsell event packages, monitor budgets and billing in collaboration with Finance, and ensure high‑quality guest service.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Event Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in executive support, administration or coordination, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities with a focus on confidentiality and service excellence.
