Runner / Trolley Person

About the role

The Runner/Trolley Person supports the housekeeping and guest services teams at One&Only Le Saint Géran by ensuring corridors, pantries and guest areas are stocked, clean and safe. This on‑site position requires punctuality, a neat appearance and the ability to follow resort standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supply and replenish linen and guest supplies in pantries according to hotel standards.
• Arrange sun‑beds, cushions and extra beds in front of rooms and ensure trolley use complies with the 8:30 am restriction.
• Collect and dispose of garbage, recycling, used linen and other waste in assigned areas.
• Clean guest corridors, garden borders, ashtrays, mirrors, railings and other public areas.
• Report lost‑and‑found items, maintenance defects and safety hazards to the housekeeping office.
• Assist with inventory of linen and supplies and support room attendants when needed.

Required profile

• Attend duty on time in correct uniform and well‑groomed.
• Complete daily briefings and be fully trained on resort standards, procedures and key‑control policy.
• Thorough knowledge of guest room layouts, corridors and housekeeping storage areas.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and attend required training.
