Sales & Commercial Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Commercial Executive to drive new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships for Deals.mu, the leading local deals platform in Mauritius. You will be responsible for generating leads, negotiating contracts, and supporting the sales process to achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify new business opportunities to expand the market.
• Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with B2B and B2C clients.
• Maintain a professional network to generate fresh leads.
• Negotiate contracts and package deals that benefit both clients and the company.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Provide sales support, including cold calling, networking and social media promotion.
• Track sales performance, financial data and produce regular reports.
• Deliver ongoing support to advertisers, sponsors and customers.

Required profile

• Academic background: HSC, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (advantageous).
• Previous experience in sales or a solid understanding of sales processes.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and quick learner.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with team and management.
