Sales Representative – Luxury Boutique

About the role

Patrick Mavros Atelier is looking for a client‑focused Sales Representative to deliver an exceptional boutique experience. You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through product selection, custom orders, and the full sales journey in a luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and serve clients with warmth, following the brand’s service protocol.
• Advise customers on product choices for gifting, collecting, and personal purchases.
• Manage custom orders, ensuring accurate follow‑up on all client requests.
• Conduct boutique tours, communicating the brand story, craftsmanship, and product knowledge.
• Handle VAT refunds and client invoicing with precision.
• Maintain a clean, well‑presented boutique and ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards.
• Oversee gift‑wrapping and presentation details.
• Support monthly stocktakes, restocking, and keep records for packaging, pricing, and promotional items up to date.
• Liaise with internal departments to guarantee timely order fulfilment.
• Coordinate with finance, production, and logistics teams for invoicing, reporting, and database updates.
• Assist in planning and executing boutique events and external exhibitions.

Required profile

• Experience in retail, luxury sales, hospitality, or a client‑facing environment.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly presentable, punctual, and reliable.
• Team‑oriented with a proactive, solutions‑driven mindset.
