Sales Supervisor - Goodlands & Triolet Showrooms

About the role

The company is looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead its sales teams in the Goodlands and Triolet branches. The role focuses on mentoring staff, optimising store performance and exceeding regional sales targets through local initiatives, so that every customer receives a "Grade A" experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Goodlands and Triolet teams, running morning huddles to set clear daily targets.
• Lead by example on the floor, closing high-value deals and coaching sales advisors on advanced negotiation techniques.
• Keep both branches at premium visual standards and with optimal stock levels tailored to local demand.
• Deliver on-the-spot training and hold monthly performance reviews to help the team reach "Grade A" status.

Required profile

• 3+ years in retail sales, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or Team Lead role.
• Proven ability to motivate a team and hit collective targets consistently.
• Ability to handle complex customer escalations calmly and professionally.
• Nice to have: strong familiarity with the customer demographics of Goodlands and Triolet, fluency in English, French and Mauritian Creole, and a valid driver's licence with a vehicle for travelling between the two branches.
