Senior KYC Analyst

About the role

The Senior KYC Analyst will support Ocorian’s global compliance function by ensuring robust customer due‑diligence processes across multiple jurisdictions. You will work closely with internal teams and external clients to gather, verify and document information required for regulatory filings.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure awareness and understanding of regulatory requirements, standard, simplified and enhanced CDD measures and apply them appropriately.
• Manage daily work allocation for the KYC team, ensuring objectives are met.
• Monitor consistency of AML/CFT reviews and outcomes across File Review team members.
• Identify training needs and support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Verify relevance and accuracy of information and documentation to meet regulatory and internal policy standards.
• Document findings and assess all relevant information.
• Design efficient approaches to obtain required documentation and data points during initial file review.
• Communicate with internal and external clients to request documentation, clarification or verification.
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy, then store it in the appropriate systems.
• Provide regular updates to reporting lines and undertake ad‑hoc duties as required.
• Liaise with other Ocorian offices to ensure seamless global file review processes.

Required profile

• Strong awareness of regulatory requirements and CDD measures across relevant jurisdictions.
• Experience managing daily work allocation for a compliance team.
• Ability to monitor AML/CFT review consistency and outcomes.
• Proven capability to identify training needs and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Attention to detail in verifying information accuracy and documentation compliance.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
