Senior Officer - Fund Services

About the role

Ocorian is seeking a Senior Officer for its Fund Services team. You will be responsible for accurately processing accounting records, preparing semi‑complex financial statements and management accounts, and providing guidance to junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Review bookkeeping entries and produce financial statements and management accounts for semi‑complex clients.
• Perform bank, investment and other reconciliations.
• Review and file VAT returns for clients.
• Prepare annual financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards.
• Liaise with appointed auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to the Assistant Manager/Manager.
• Coach, train and motivate junior accountants under supervision.
• Deliver accounting services to clients across various jurisdictions within the Ocorian Group.

Required profile

• Fully qualified ACCA or ACA, or equivalent professional experience.
