Spa Receptionist

About the role

The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests entering the Constance Spa. You will create a warm, welcoming atmosphere, manage reservations, and ensure each guest receives a personalized and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Consult guests on treatment bookings and provide recommendations.
• Operate the spa booking software to schedule appointments accurately.
• Handle all billing procedures, including product sales and treatment charges.
• Serve welcome drinks and explain their properties as part of the guest experience.
• Answer telephone inquiries, manage booking‑related calls, and follow up on guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to Spa SOPs and checklists.
• Address guest complaints calmly, taking ownership to resolve issues.

Required profile

• High standard of personal presentation.
• Reliability, punctuality, and strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent social skills and ability to provide genuine, personalized service.
• Awareness of team members’ schedules and ability to coordinate effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spa booking software (reservation and billing modules).
