About the role
Trident Trust is seeking an Associate Senior Corporate Administrator to manage a portfolio of Singapore and offshore companies from our Mauritius office. The role involves close collaboration with our Singapore and Asia/Pacific teams to ensure high standards of governance and client service.
Key responsibilities
- Administer a portfolio of Singapore and BVI companies, handling secretarial functions and drafting minutes/resolutions.
- Maintain up‑to‑date statutory registers and ensure compliance with governance standards.
- Coordinate with the Singapore office to uphold statutory compliance and accurate financial reporting.
- Manage multiple administrative tasks, meet deadlines, and produce high‑quality work.
- Guide junior team members, monitor performance, and achieve departmental targets.
- Respond to client emails within a 24‑hour turnaround and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure all activities comply with Trident’s internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain client entity records in the Quantios vPoint system.
- Support ad‑hoc projects and any additional duties as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or partial/full qualification with the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.
- 2‑4 years of experience in company administration.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality output.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to multitask under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong relationship‑management and interpersonal skills.
