Quality Control Review Analyst

About the role

The Quality Control Review Analyst supports BDO firms within the Ethics & Independence department, ensuring that corporate structures, related entities and locations are accurately captured and that compliance standards are met across the global network.

Key responsibilities

• Verify corporate structures, related entities and their locations for each BDO firm.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of information and liaise with firms to correct gaps.
• Provide sign‑off on international checks and adhere to Risk & Compliance procedures.
• Maintain GDPR and Data Protection Act compliance in all activities.
• Update project reports, SLA & KPI metrics and escalate issues when required.
• Support the Global Entity Management System and monitor monthly/annual confirmations.
• Handle central email requests, troubleshoot BDO software tools and contribute to online tool improvements.
• Prepare and maintain periodic reports and compile monthly or ad‑hoc statistics.

Required profile

• Degree (completed or in progress) in Management or equivalent qualification.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages are a plus.
