Software Developer – Full Stack (.NET / React)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Software Developer to join our team in Port Louis. You will work on enterprise‑grade web applications, collaborating closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions using modern Microsoft and front‑end technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full‑stack applications with .NET/C# and React.
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate backend services with front‑end components.
• Participate in architecture, technical design, and solution discussions.
• Gather and analyse business requirements directly with clients.
• Prepare technical specifications, workflow diagrams, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, analysts, QA, and other developers throughout the SDLC.
• Troubleshoot, debug, optimise, and enhance existing systems.
• Support deployment activities and resolve production issues when needed.
• Take part in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and mentor junior developers.

Required profile

• Up to 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting directly with clients for requirement gathering and technical discussions.
