Face‑to‑Face Fundraiser – Social Work Graduate

About the role

Greenpeace Mauritius is seeking enthusiastic social work graduates to join the team as face‑to‑face fundraisers. You will engage directly with the public in markets, shopping centres and other public spaces, sharing the organisation’s environmental mission and encouraging monthly support.

Key responsibilities

• Approach and converse with visitors in high‑traffic locations across Mauritius.
• Explain Greenpeace campaigns, answer questions and inspire commitment to monthly donations.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and contributions.
• Collaborate with the fundraising team to meet daily and weekly targets.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in social work or a people‑oriented background.
• Confident communicator with strong empathy and active‑listening abilities.
• Target‑driven and passionate about environmental and social causes.
• Fluent in English and/or French; Creole is a plus.
