About the role
The Operations Officer will join the Operations team at our Mauritius office, reporting to the Team Leader – Operations. This entry‑level position focuses on processing operational tasks accurately, handling customer requests, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Process servicing requests, applications and queries in line with company policies and service standards.
- Apply logical thinking to resolve day‑to‑day operational scenarios for customers and the business.
- Support enhancements to operational systems, processes and policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and maintain high‑quality communication.
- Monitor and report progress to the line manager, escalating issues when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and industry standards, particularly AML obligations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service within insurance, financial services or a global business environment.
- Strong attention to detail, planning and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and maintain quality output.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a growth mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
