Financial Analyst Officer 3 – Portfolio Support

About the role

We are seeking an Officer 3 Financial Analyst to provide operational support to Portfolio Managers across our alternative asset funds, including private equity, real estate, private debt and securitisation activities. Working under their supervision, you will prepare analyses, financial models and reporting documentation that underpin investment decisions and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive due‑diligence files and presentation notes for investment committees, covering financial, risk, legal and ESG aspects.
• Collect and maintain portfolio data, update Excel‑based financial models and valuation memoranda, and support valuation committee processes.
• Contribute to management reports on market analysis, portfolio performance and ESG/SFDR disclosures.
• Prepare regulatory reporting elements (AIFM, PRIIPs, etc.) in coordination with internal teams and depositaries.
• Maintain performance dashboards, analyse variances against benchmarks and manage fund lifecycle documentation such as capital calls and distributions.
• Analyse credit portfolios, update cash‑flow models, monitor covenants and operational triggers, and produce investor and stakeholder reports.
