Sales Consultant

About the role

Island Communications Ltd is seeking an ambitious Sales Consultant to drive new business and nurture existing client relationships for its portfolio of technology solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while collaborating with technical and operations teams to deliver the right solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and propose suitable technology solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and solution presentations.
• Follow up on opportunities, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve agreed sales targets.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within the customer base.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, ICT, Technology or a related field.
• 2–3 years of B2B sales, business development or account management experience.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, customer‑focused and target‑driven mindset.
• Experience in ICT, software, telecommunications, security systems, IoT or related technology sectors is an advantage.
