Senior Accountant – Financial Reporting & Treasury

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our global Investor Services team. You will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting treasury activities across IQ‑EQ Group entities.

Key responsibilities

• Process, review and reconcile accounting transactions of varying complexity, adhering to internal policies and accounting standards.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, including statutory financial statements and management reports for group reporting.
• Manage tax and statutory compliance by preparing and submitting VAT, PAYE, NPS and corporate tax returns on time.
• Oversee cash‑flow and treasury functions, perform reconciliations and liaise with auditors, banks and regulatory bodies.
• Coach and support junior team members, respond to stakeholder queries and drive process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in complex accounting, statutory reporting and tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and guide junior staff.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
