Senior KYC Analyst – US Hours

About the role

Join Ocorian’s Global File Review function as a Senior KYC Analyst working US hours. You will support high‑quality AML/CFT and client due‑diligence reviews across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate client records.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work allocation across the team to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Review client information and documentation for AML/CFT, CDD and jurisdiction‑specific requirements.
• Monitor review outcomes to promote consistency, quality and best‑practice standards.
• Identify training needs, share knowledge and help build team capability.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to obtain, verify and clarify information for file reviews.
• Maintain accurate records in systems and provide regular updates to management, highlighting risks and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in business, legal or financial discipline (or equivalent experience); professional qualification advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years experience in financial services, compliance, legal, audit or corporate administration with solid AML/CFT and CDD knowledge.
• Experience coordinating or supporting a small team and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities with high accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, confident engaging with clients and colleagues at all levels.
